The VC12200 doubles the VC12100’s capacity to 2.56kWh while maintaining the same IP65 outdoor rating, 300A peak discharge, and drop-in lead-acid compatibility. At 22.9kg, it weighs roughly one-third of an equivalent 12V 200Ah lead-acid battery (typically 60-65kg), making it a transformative upgrade for RVs, boats, and off-grid installations.

What It Can Power
With ~2kWh usable (80% DoD): LED lighting for a small home for 15+ hours, a fridge for 12-16 hours, a 43″ TV for 8-10 hours, or a CPAP machine for 3-4 nights. Two units in parallel (5.12kWh) provide genuine overnight whole-house backup on a 12V platform.
Weight Advantage
At 22.9kg vs 60-65kg for a lead-acid equivalent, the VC12200 saves roughly 40kg per battery. For RV and marine applications, this weight reduction improves fuel efficiency and handling. For roof-mounted installations, it dramatically reduces structural load requirements.
