At BICITY ELECTRICALS & SERVICES, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

- Module Mounting Structures

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective items within their warranty period. The following items can be exchanged under warranty:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Shipping Returns

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
- For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
