At Bicity Solar Energy Suppliers, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective items within their warranty period. The following items can be exchanged under warranty:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Shipping Returns

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
